Registration: $35 (lunch included)

Additional lunches for spectators are available for $10. Please contact your dojo representative before the registration deadline to reserve additional lunches.

Parking is free of charge and is available in areas marked in red.The entrance to the venue is near the green circle. Vehicles may drop people off at the entrance but must then be moved out of the fire lane.

Competitors

All clubs are required to submit a single list of registered competitors in their divisions. Contact your dojo representative to register for the tournament.

In addition, every competitor is required to fill out and sign a waiver and release of liability form before the tournament day. You can access this through the link below.

Volunteers

This tournament cannot be run without help from our parents, friends, and supporters. We have several roles that need to be filled including:

Court Guides: Puts tasuki (coloured tags) on players, ensures all players are ready to go on their courts, announces player names for each match
Scorekeepers: Tracks the points and penalties for each match
Timekeepers: Watches the shimpan (referees) and starts/stops match time based on their calls
General Help: Helps with the event setup and takedown. May also help with the lunch preparation and cleanup.

Registered volunteers will be provided lunch free of charge. If you are able to help on the tournament day, please fill out the registration form below with your availability. We will inform our volunteers about their assigned roles a week before the tournament day.
